SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. CHANGE OF MIND

• We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.

• Certain types of Products cannot be returned. These include without limitation sale items, perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods.

• Subject to the above, and unless expressly advised otherwise by us in writing, you may exchange the Product, provided that in each case you:

  • Produce proof of purchase / payment, 

  • Provide the order or receipt number; and 

  • Return the Products to us (at your own expense) within 14 days after you receive them;

  • The returned Products are in the same condition you received them, unopened and with all original packaging intact.

• If you would like to return a Product, please let us know by email to support@sophrosynewellness.com.au, as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. REFUNDS

• In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to provide a refunds for any Products delivered to you, which are:

  • Faulty

  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Unsafe

 

• In addition, we are also happy to provide refunds where the Product:

  • Cannot be sourced within a reasonable period of time;

  • Has been incorrectly shipped to you, in which case the Product must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, unopened and with all original packaging intact:

  • Has been damaged in transit, in which case please immediately:

    • Take photographs of the damaged Product upon receipt of it; and

    • Notify us of the damage by email to support@sophrosynewellness.com.au,

                     and we will assess the damage and work with you to reach a solution                                      (replacement or refund). If there has been willful damage, misuse,                                            unauthorised repair or tampering with the Product, the request for a refund                          may not be accepted.

• Unless otherwise specified by us in writing, for all returns, you will be required to provide proof of purchase/payment and the order or receipt number for the Product.

• For approved refunds, the amount of the refund will be paid using the same method as your original payment method, or where Sophrosyne deems appropriate, through an alternative means.
