THE SOPHROSYNE STORY
Sophrosyne was born out of frustration of not being able to find all my favourite clean wellness products all in one place.
Sophrosyne is now growing to become a one stop shop for all the products, tools and advice anyone would need to support them on their wellness journey. Most products have been tried and tested (and loved!) by myself, friends and family and are very much loved by the whole community.
